holliston-image-2

Holliston-Season-2In the wake of the tragic loss of Dave Brockie aka Oderus Urungus and the sad news that FEARNET will be no more, some good news has come, HOLLISTON season 2 is now available on blu-ray.

If you have yet to see an episode of HOLLISTON, you are really missing out. Season 2 is even better than season 1. For those still living under a rock, here is the recap of season 1:

Adam Green and Joe Lynch star as two aspiring horror filmmakers working for the very androgynous (to say the least) Lance Rocket (played by Dee Snider) who fronts a Van Halen tribute band called Dyver Down. Adam and Joe live in a really shitty apartment and Adam has an imaginary friend that lives in his closet, enter Oderus Urungus. Adam is still in love with his childhood flame, Corri and Joe is dating the artistic Laura (she’s Colombian not Mexican). There are loads of guest appearances by horror icons such as Bill Moseley, Kane Hodder, Tony Todd, Sid Haig and many more. Adam and Joe are trying to make their soccer zombie film Shinpads (“When they score, you die”). You also learn that tits are good and balls are bad. Hilarity and mayhem ensue, and you get the best damn show around. Get out from under the rock and check it out. You can buy season 1 HERE.

The HOLLISTON season 2 blu-ray includes eleven episodes, including an uncut version of the hour long Christmas special, cast commentary tracks, and over 70 minutes of bonus features. That totals a shit load of awesomeness. Not only are the episodes funny, but many of them include some pretty awesome guest stars like Kane Hodder, Danielle Harris, Seth Green, Sid Haig, David Naughton and Derek Mears just to name a few

One more bonus, when you purchase the blu-ray via the ArieScope website, not only do you get the awesomeness of the season, but you also get it autographed. To purchase via ArieScope, CLICK HERE.
